Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Walk the Path (“Path”, “the App”), operated by Ad Consilium (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Path provides Quranic structural learning content. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the App without written permission.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases

The Season 1 Pass is a one-time purchase granting access to all 37 episodes. In-app purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple’s terms. Web purchases are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Content

All episode content, structural analysis, architecture diagrams, and scholarly commentary are the intellectual property of Ad Consilium. Quranic text itself is not owned by anyone and remains freely accessible.

5. Journal & Personal Data

Your journal reflections are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your journal entries. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Disclaimers

Path is an educational tool, not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on content in the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
